Some of the above information may be published as metadata on distribution platforms. In addition, information that is not currently displayed publicly may become visible in the future due to changes in platform specifications. As the Company has no control over such changes, we ask that Users acknowledge and accept this possibility in advance.

Payment Information

Credit card payments are processed through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. Credit card numbers and other payment details are not transmitted to or stored on the Company’s servers; they are handled directly and securely by Stripe, Inc.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances.

1. Disclosure to Distribution Platforms

To carry out music distribution services, we provide artist name, legal name (in Roman letters), composer name, producer name, Country / Region, biography, social media URLs, and other metadata to Spotify, Apple Music, and other distribution platforms. This information is registered and published in accordance with each platform’s specifications.

2. Disclosure for Payment Processing

We share necessary information with Stripe, Inc. for the purpose of processing credit card payments. For details on Stripe, Inc.’s privacy practices and data management, please refer to their website at https://stripe.com/privacy.

3. Disclosure Required by Law

When required by applicable laws or regulations, or upon a lawful request from judicial or governmental authorities.

4. Protection of Life or Property

When necessary to protect the life, physical safety, or property of a User or a third party, and where obtaining the individual’s consent is not practicable.

This website is built on WordPress (WooCommerce). The following cookies may be set automatically as necessary for the proper functioning of the Service.
